Account Deletion Request for Zflops

How to request deletion of your account and data:
If you wish to delete your account and related data created in Zflops, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from your registered email address to: lizshavie2@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Zflops Account Deletion Request
- In the body of the email, please provide your registered email address or User ID so we can verify your identity.
- We will process your request within 7 business days of receipt and send you a confirmation email.
Data Deletion and Retention Policy:
- Data to be deleted: Your account information (e.g., username, email address), profile, and all business data generated within the app (e.g., preferences, activity records).
- Data to be retained and duration: For legal compliance, tax audit, or fraud prevention purposes, we may retain necessary transaction records (not containing directly identifiable personal information) on our servers for a period of 180 days as required by law, after which they will be permanently deleted.
